Practical Grace, Mercy and Forgiveness

What do the words grace, mercy and forgiveness mean to you?  Not the fancy, wrote definitions that you've learned in church or spiritual seminars, but to you personally.  I want to share my personal definitions and also discuss how these effect my relationship daily with God,
