Autism Works Now is an initiative set up by Joanne, where she goes around and holds classes for those on the autism spectrum all on the skills they need in order to be employable. We also spoke to Heidi Slatter, who spoke about her new website, Hope to Inspire, and the importance of employment for those on the spectrum.
