Positively Autistic - Jeanette's Autism Show

Jeanette's Autism Show* is a place for discussions around all things Autism, from advocacy, to parenting, employment, love and relationships, books and conferences, sensory issues, anxiety and education and everything else in between. The show is hosted by Autistic author, advocate, artist and Government official Jeanette Purkis. Jeanette has guests form all walks of life who have something interesting and helpful to say about the issues faced by Autistic folks and their families. As this show is pre-recorded, you cannot access the chat room. This week, Jeanette interviews Chris Varney, Chief Enabling Officer of the I CAN Network and Penny Robinson, I CAN Ambassador and founder member of the I CAN Network. The interview looks at the work of the I CAN Network in empowering young people on the Autism spectrum and their families, friends and people working with them to focus on what they CAN do rather than looking at their deficits.
