Trigger warning - Discussion of abusive practices on Autistic children
This week’s show will focus on something quite disturbing but which certainly needs to be discussed. Jeanette will be talking with Emma Dalmayne about some of the sorts of abusive so-called ‘treatments’ which are around claiming to cure Autism. Autistic children have been - and are still being - subjected to abuse in the name of a ‘fix’ for their Autism. Emma Dalmayne is a home educating mother to her two youngest children. Emma has Aspergers and children on the spectrum. She is an Autism rights campaigner and writer.
