Dr. Ayotte-Beaudet is a Professor at la Université de Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada in le Département de l'enseignement au préscolaire et au primaire aka the Department of preschool and primary education.

He conducts research in Science Education. His interests include outdoor science, contextualization, learning transfer, students' interest, environmental education, elementary education, and secondary education.

We discuss a range of topics relevant to outdoor educational opportunities given systemic disruption of many activities of daily loving contrained by the COVID-19 pandemic and considerable attention focused on safe-reopening best practices.
