Finding your way through tough times often can lead to the feeling of wanting to give up. Especially when things seem to happen one after another, after another. Peace seems to be as far away as solutions. So, what do we do with those feeling when they come upon us? Do we succumb to them? Pretend that the situation and feeling are not there and try to ignore them? Or perhaps we handle it in some other way.
On this episode, we are going to look at ways we have used as individuals to get through those time and look at the question; “Do we really need to allow things to get us to that point?” If not, what do we need to do to avoid getting to the point of giving up.
