Tonight- Americans for Safe Access published a white paper entitled Third Time The Charm?' which focuses on the existing medical marijuana laws and efforts in each state and how they may comply with the Cole memo and DOJ policy, including HB4271 in Michigan which will be heard December 5th in the House Judiciary Committee.

Mike Liszewski- legislative analyst from ASA in DC, and who was heavily involved with the recent ASA report, will join us to discuss this recent publication, possible future reports to be published by ASA and his and ASA's assessment of HB4271.
