It's always been hard to coordinate the needs of a business with a personal life, but it may have gotten harder. Technology advances--cell phones, iPads and other "aids" -- never allow for down times. And if you run your own business there are fewer parameters for time off. You're less likely to take vacations, weekends off...even to stop work at certain time each day.
