Senator Barbara Mikulski announced she wouldn't be running for a sixth term as Senator for Maryland. Then Representative Donna Edwards (MD-District 4) announced she would run, along with Representative Chris Van Hollen (MD-District 8), for the Mikulski's Senate seat.  Whew! So who is going to represent Maryland's Congressional District 4 since Rep. Donna Edwards is running for the Mikulski's Senate seat? Former County Council Chair Ingrid Turner, MD State Delegates Jay Walker and Delegate Joseline Peña-Melnyk, Former PGCo States Attorney Glenn Ivey, and former Lt. Governor Anthony Brown have thrown their hats into the ring.  That's a lot of candidates. All that matters is who the voters who reside in Maryland’s District 4 are likely to vote for, but who exactly is that?  Prince George's County and Anne Arundel County Democrats, what say you? Republicans, who will you nominate?

Join PGC Blog Tuesday, April 7th at 7:30pm as Holden Wilen, award-winning investigative journalist and current managing editor of the Prince George's Sentinel newspaper, along with Neal Carter, Maryland political consultant, discuss who can win the Democratic Primary for this seat.  Could a Republican win the actually seat? Call in or tweet in and tell us what you think.
