You Are Strong

“You Are Strong” was founded in 2011, as a nonprofit non-profit organization and a national advocacy center representing military veterans who are seeking mental and physical health support. We seek to have a strong presence in every state to reach local communities. Our mission is to combat negative stigma and provide streamlined information about health and human services for U.S. veterans.

You Are Strong researches and coordinates information currently available throughout the country that serves veterans and streamlines that information to make it easily understandable and accessible to veterans. We advocate on behalf of veterans to fight negative stigma associated with seeking help for mental or physical issues or basic welfare and essential quality of life services. We envision a society where veterans can seeks and achieve optimum mental and physical health through recovery and achieve and sustain a positive way of life through available services after serving their country in peacetime or in wartime.
