Killing For Nikes: Joshua Woods' Story

Joshua Woods was a caring, respectful, responsible, and loving young man who worked hard to earn money the right way. He provided for his family and was always respectful. Early one morning Joshua and his friend went to the mall to be first in line to purchase a new pair of Air Jordans.

After leaving the mall with the sneakers that Joshua bought with his rightfully earned money, Joshua was brutally shot and murdered over his sneakers. Joshua would later die in the hospital from his wounds, but he remained giving in his death just as he had in life: Joshua was an organ donor, and saved four lives. He may have passed away, but his heart still beats on…. Joshua also left behind a 5 year old son.
