Inquiry:
Why is the wooden board (euphemism: “paddle”) well-known among 19 US states as a “teacher-tool” when used on the developing human being class of US citizens called “schoolchildren,” yet well-known among US officers of law as a “deadly weapon” in all other US government buildings and other public and private locations throughout the US and territories?
