Is it intelligent to take a wooden board and strike a developing human being on their body where thousands of neuron endings meet--the base of their spine.  It is intelligent to strike a developing human being at all for any reason?

Dr. Chip Abbadesssa will deliver a message on this issue.   American children attending schools where this archaic practice is still enforced must know the risks they face.   They must take a stand for protecting their bodies from sanctioned and lawless school abuse.
