Dr. Selwyn M. Vickers, senior vice president for medicine and dean of the School of Medicine at the University of Alabama, Birmingham, stated recently that "Coronavirus exposes just how profoundly health care access and health outcomes are linked with employment and income. It's a crisis within a crisis," she explained.

Likewise, it is also the opinion of my special guest this Saturday, psychiatrist Dr. Kim Jones Fearing, who will be sharing the myths and facts about health disparities among African Americans and how to cope with the novel Coronavirus.

Tune in to this special show and learn why black people are dying in greater numbers and more frequently from the Coronavirus than their white counterparts, and how to stay sane during this stay-at-home-pandemic.
