On September 21st, Taylor Ellwood was on the show to talk about the leadership anthology he and Shauna are editing for Immanion Press/Megalithica Books. In that conversation RevKess and KaliSara brought up the issue of the year - "leaders" of the community who have failed the community. Over the course of 2014 there have been several instances of disappointment within the global Pagan community, many of those taking place in the United States. Kenny Klein, Z Budapest, the "revelations" about Marion Zimmer Bradley, and most recently certain business and podcast personalities stick their feet so far down their throats a proctologist is needed to tie their shoes. Throughout 2014, Shauna has been writing a series of leadership posts for her blog. In this edition of PMP she will join RevKess to talk about "what is an elder" and what happens when a supposed elder fails the community. This is a continuation of the conversation started with Taylor on the previous edition of PMP.
