Kristen Kosin of Meals on Wheels of NEPA

Kristen Kosin, Executive Director of Meals on Wheels of NEPA joins Host, Karla Porter, to talk about the mission to provide nutrition and supportive services to residents of Northeastern Pennsylvania. In this episode they discuss how Meals on Wheels provides relief from hunger for the elderly and disabled, decreases the onset of disease with good nutrition and increases home based support to delay or prevent expensive institutional care.
