Who are the Gate Keepers in your community and what role do they play?  Here is a definition of Gate Keeper:
An attendant at a gate who is employed to control who goes through it. A person or thing that controls access to something.                                                                                                                                                                Who are the Gate Keepers in your community and what role do they play in the advancement, stagnation or even regression of your community.
