Friend,

Thousands gather this weekend in Selma, Alabama, to mark the 50th anniversary of "Bloody Sunday."  Fifty years ago (#Selma50), the nation watched as peaceful civil rights demonstrators were savagely beaten by police as they crossed the Edmund Pettus Bridge.  If this bloody crossing shepherded the landmark Voting Rights Act, what does Crossing Edmund Pettus shepherd us today? -- which is our question of the day.

So please join our host Eric J Powell on onCUE! Radio Sunday night @6pm CST (http://www.blogtalkradio.com/oncue).
