Nicola Cranmer is a pioneer in women's cycling.  Several years ago she founded a racing team and grew it into Exergy 2012, a world wide powerhouse program focused on delivering women to the Olympics.  Most top American women  have passed through Cranmer's program at some point, and this year alone it produced two Olympic medalists Kristin Armstrong (Gold - ITT), and Lauren Tamayo (Silver - Team Pursuit.)  Cranmer is also a actively involved in USAC on various committees.
