Many school board members are unaware that the NJDOE is implementing major changes in the student teaching process in New Jersey.  This will hopefully lead to better prepared first year teachers in New Jersey.  In the meant time school districts that host student teachers which is many will have to prepare for these changes.  Joining NJSBA host Ray Pinney will be Kristen Brown the Chief Talent Officer for the NJDOE and  Dr. Bernard Bragen Jr. of the Hazlet Township School District a superintendent of a school district piloting the program,.
