A community’s board of education and its municipal government are the foundation of local government. While these two entities represent the same community, often they don’t coordinate efforts, and sometimes they even work at cross-purposes.  But that’s not the case in Fair Lawn, where the municipal governing body and the school board have worked together for many years to put their community first. Join us as school board members Eugene Banta and Michael Rosenberg, along with councilman Kurt Peluso, join NJSBA’s Ray Pinney, to discuss how the partnership was formed and how it has prospered.
