Our second story was recorded once before a few weeks ago, but it 'mysteriously' disappeared. This story deals with the REQUIREMENTS of the 14th Amendment, specifically the part that demands a politician, even a president, be permanently disqualified from ever holding office if they participate or incite an insurrection against the nation. Trump clearly incited the Jan. 6th insurrection and now evidence has surfaced that he was involved in the planning. I will also discuss the legal doctrine of 'willful ignorance.'
