Joining us on Nella-Joi Nation today is Taj Omari, a young Atlanta-based filmmaker, who has written and directed a short film addressing the issues surrounding childhood trauma, mental health and paths to recovery. Her project "Joy" will premiere in Atlanta in late September with a special screening, including a discussion with panel of experts, on achieving post traumatic joy.
