Mobility - a word we've been hearing more and more lately, but what does it really mean? In terms of connected transportation one might assume it would be focused on the autonomous vehicle - and that certainly is part of it. but it's much more than that. It's about getting goods and people from Point A to Point B, using vehicles for personal use, fleet vehicles, public transit, ride-sharing, bicycles, car-sharing, self-driving cars, planes, trains, and any other form of motorized transport. It often includes an on-demand component, and it also includes factoring in the infrastructure needed to support this new Mobility dynamic.
