Top Ten Films of 2013

What are the best movies of 2013? Film critics Diana Saenger and James Colt Harrison reveal their Top Ten lists during this episode. Other topics to be covered include: best acting performances, worst films of the year, and Oscar nomination predictions. It should be fun to hear Diana and James discuss these topics. Both are founding members of the San Diego Film Critics’ Society (SDFCS), but they don’t always agree about movies!

Diana is the entertainment editor for San Diego’s East County Gazette as well as editor of Classic Movie Guide and Review Express. She’s won numerous awards for her perceptive film-related articles and her New Year’s Eve Club romance novelette. Diana is also the author of Everyone Wants My Job: The ABCs of Entertainment Writing.

James, who calls himself “the world’s oldest teenage movie fan,” has written a history of MGM. He also served as the premier film critic for The La Jolla Village News and contributes insightful reviews to various outlets including Classic Movie Guide and Review Express.
