Who is Tokeitha Wilson?

Behind all of the curls and pearls, Tokeitha endured disappointment, heartbreak, and pain while suffering in silence from childhood abuse, parental incarceration, bullying, Domestic Violence, addiction, and the list goes on. From conception, she was forced to overcome all odds, as a survivor, Tokeitha shares her personal life story and the life-altering encounter that forever changed her thought process.

Tokeitha Wilson is the CEO and Founder of Empowerment Station, LLC, an empowerment company focused on restoring women suffering in silence. Tokeitha is the author of the book Too Precious To Be: A Guide To Restoring Women Suffering In Silence. A memoir for women looking to purge themselves from a toxic mindset and discover life solutions, resolve issues, and get out of their own way. Tokeitha is an Ambassador of 10Blessings10kSurvivors, a Domestic Violence initiative focused on helping 10,000 victims leave abusive relationships.

Tokeitha Wilson was born and raised in the District of Columbia and is a product of DC Public Schools. She is a Bennett Belle with a degree in Biology and a Master’s of Public Health from Capella University. Tokeitha is a mother, and lover of sports and comedy.
