Show features interviews with Pulitzer-prize winning Miami Herald editorial cartoonist JIM MORIN along with JUDY HOFFMAN, co-founder of Art Creation Foundation For Children (ACFFC) in Jacmel, Haiti. JIM MORIN describes his imaginative and working processes. The interview was updated with commentary about covering a crisis, such as the Haiti disaster. JUDY HOFFMAN recounts the inspiring, life-salvaging work of the ACFFC, which rescues street children and gives physical sustenance, community support and training in self-sufficiency through creating art -- mostly paper mache and paintings. Children, staff and facility have survived the earthquake. Judy tells the story of the founding and the mission of the organization. Calling in live, JULIE RICHEY will provide highlights of the June Mosaic Masterpieces Italian tour she will guide.
