Spring is here it is the Equinox and Solar Eclipse and a great time to set intentions!

Missy is joined by her friend Cindy to discuss the importance of a disciplined lifestyle to achieve physical health goals.

It sure feels like....Super Hero Training School lately when trying to have perseverance in a routine. Why is setting an intention and visualiztion not enough sonetimes to get things to move in a certain way? Action needs to follow thought in all ways including food intake and exercise to permanently let go of extra weght. Out language is important~We do not want to lose weight because then we can find it again. However, Cindy says it boils down to simple mathematical science.

We will discuss food apps on our phones that can help us with the break down of calories and how exercise will offset the food injested. We are physical beings and as we remake our physical bodies and nervous system the science and discipline is what is key in attaining and maintaining health and physical body wieght.

The routine is important for core strength, endurance, lowering stress, sweating out toxins, and many other health benefits. It also builds the spiritual muscles when one goes beyond their comfort zone.

We will give quick tips and tricks in this short show and talk about things to burn it off like spin biking, shock wave and my fave far infared HOT yoga.
