Certified Scrum Master Retrospective

I earned my Certified Scrum Master Thursday, March 24, 2016. In this episode, I will detail the resources that I used to pass it the first time. The Scrum Guide defines a retrospective is ‘an opportunity for the scrum team to inspect itself and create a plan for improvements to be enacted during the next sprint.’
