Missouri Rising : The Court Strikes Out

Can California establish her own gun laws? Can Missouri decide what churches can and can't get public money. Or that none can? Can the President of the United States ban travel into the country from regions hostile to the country? In all three questions the Constitution, the federalism of our founders, and even common sense demand affirmative answer. It's about Federalism!

But, given three fastballs right down the middle this week; the Supreme Court struck out. Once looking and twice swinging, they didn't even touch the ball.
