Please join me this Sunday, July 19th, 2015, 4:00pm, PST, as I welcome Eric Tivers to the program. Eric is the owner of Tivers Clinical Specialties, a private practice located in northern Illinois. Eric specializes in ADHD and high functioning autism. As a psychotherapist he works with children, teens, parents and adults. He coaches teens and adults, and consults to schools. He is a national speaker and host of the ADHD reWired podcast. He also has ADHD.

During this episode we will explore how to improve or accommodate challenges with time management, focus, memory, motivation, prioritization, organization, decision-making, and information overload. Finding the right tools, tricks, workarounds, supports, and strategies can help. Combine those tools and supports with self-awareness and learning about productivity and the brain can be the difference between someone just getting by and someone some thriving. Living successfully with ADHD requires the use of numerous compensatory strategies. These strategies aim to bridge our intentions to our actions. Learning to live well with ADHD is an ongoing process of creating a strategy-based life. Join us to learn how you can improve your productivity by having systems and tools that meet your needs. We'll discuss hi-tech and low-tech systems for productivity. Discover new apps, software, and other tech devices that can help you automate and organize your life. We will also look closely at the advantages of low-tech solutions.
