Pastor McCoy was released by God to fulfill the mandate to serve the body of Jesus Christ. Her “Keeping it Real,” spirited style of illuminating the spoken word of God, is life changing, and has empowered the community to seek a personal relationship with God.  Inspired by God, Pastor McCoy accepted the call to preach and teach God’s Word in July of 1995. In August 2004, Pastor McCoy enrolled in Howard University School of Divinity Divinity and after two years of study; she transferred to the Richmond Virginia Seminary where she graduated in May 2007, with a Masters of Divinity Degree. In January 2008, she publicly announced her calling, preached her initial sermon and was licensed by the Mount Zion Baptist Church of Arlington, Virginia.

Rev. Latisha (Tish) Thomas is an Itinerant Elder at Reid Temple AME Church in Glenn Dale, Maryland under the dynamic leadership of the Rev. Dr. Lee P. Washington. At Reid Temple, she currently serves the 15,000-member congregation as the Information Officer for the Ministerial Staff, records voiceovers for video/audio ministry announcements, and on Sunday mornings beginning at 11:15am, she can be seen on the “Reid Temple Live Network” broadcast as the host and online minister bridging the gap between the live services in the sanctuary and the hundreds of online worshipers.  Rev. Tish holds a BA from Savannah State University, an MS from American University, and an M.Div. from Howard University School of Divinity. She is the Corporate Communications Officer for a boutique consulting firm in Washington, DC that provides analytical and advisory services on legislative, regulatory, and public-policy issues affecting financial services companies in the U.S. and abroad.
