Whirl With Merle

The Cheese doesn't always stand alone.  Brent Delman is known as The Cheese Guy and they are all Kosher.  What does that mean?  He not only imports his cheese from the US and Italy, he makes his own cheese in his basement setup.  Cheddar cheese is just one variety and the milk may come from cows, sheep and goat.  All varieties do not taste the same.  What creates the difference in taste and texture?  We will do some tasting as well as I place the cheeses on Italian crackers with Apple Butter Maple Syrup.  After all, you don't eat cream cheese by simply placing it on a spoon.
