Mr. Meadows has spent over 37 years in emergency and security management, law enforcement, crisis and disaster response team operations, tactical operations and in specialized training services. He has worked in the protective services industry since 1976 through the military, law enforcement agencies and security companies around the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe and the Middle East. He has successfully managed or lead small detail operations of 4-6 operatives in hostile environments to very large scale missions of over 600 operatives in both CONUS and OCONUS disaster and crisis related zones.
