To begin the month of August 2013, we welcome author, business consultant and CEO Space faculty member, Paul Hoyt to the show.

Paul is the owner and principal consultant with the Hoyt Management Group, and has over 40 years experience leading teams to improve profitability and productivity.

And while the "business" side of his life is impressive, we are going to spend a majority of the time talking about his spiritual journey.

Paul is the author of The Practice of Awakening (2010), a collection of poems, insights, and meditations to help people on their journey of personal and spiritual growth.

Finally, The Practice of Awakening II – The First Light of Joy, will be published in October, 2013. It is another collection of poems and insightful messages, written from 2009 to 2012.
