The conscious breath is a simple yet powerful way to reconnect to your innate wisdom and clarity.

The conscious breath has been used in spiritual journeys for millenia, from the ancient mystery schools of the Middle East through to the meditative techniques of yoga and Bhuddism. It has been our way of slowing mind processes and connecting with the divine within.

In the new energy we can continue to embrace the power of the conscious breath; to connect with soul’s love and wisdom and to expand our innate creativity. The breath allows us to return to trusting ourselves as we create our experience. In the space of the conscious breath we can open our clarity to make choices that can truly serve our journey.
