Well, we’re a few weeks into the off-season now and there’s plenty to talk about. First up, we recap Orlando City’s friendly match vs. Puerto Rico, where Kaká played his last game as a Lion and we were hit with the feels all night, as well as goals from purple team. We’re also discussing the club’s roster moves and how right and wrong we were about them on our last show, as well as Alex Morgan and the USWNT against Canada, and Rachel Hill’s success with Perth Glory in the W-League during the Pride’s off-season.

Then Jason Kreis joins us for a discussion about how 2017 went and what we can expect from this off-season as well as the 2018 iteration of the Lions. Jason was gracious with his time and had plenty to say on a variety of topics, including the direction of the team.

We also talked about the NASL and USL championships and how they’re both tied to the city of Orlando. Plus, USMNT’s friendly at Portugal, a potential international tournament in the U.S. in 2018, and our predictions for the MLS Cup.

Nobody asked us any questions, but if there’s something you want us to address on our next show, just tweet it to us @TheManeLand with the hashtag #AskTMLPC.

Here’s how No. 110 unfolded:

0:12- A feel-good friendly win to close 2017, the off-season roster shakeup and how things could change before March, Alex Morgan lighting it up for club and country, and more.

30:59- Jason Kreis on the ups and downs of 2017, shutting out negativity, his plans for Kaká’s Designated Player slot, what the club’s preseason plans are, and much more.

48:45- Both the NASL and USL champs have clear ties to the City Beautiful and we’ll tell you what those are, plus a bright glimpse of the future from the USMNT, and our sure-to-be-wrong predictions for MLS Cup!
