Nicolle D. Surratte, a native of Sharon Hill, PA, resides in New Castle, DE. She is a graduate of Western Maryland College (renamed McDaniel College) in Westminster, MD. Here, Nicolle received a BA in Psychology with minors in Elementary Education and Voice; and a MS in Deaf Education.

Nicolle's company, NspireD, was created in 2007. “Diamonds of Destiny,” As an inspirational speaker, Nicolle promotes health and wellness as a lifestyle. Nicolle focuses on physical, mental and emotional well-being, stress management, and breast cancer awareness. She is a breast cancer “thriver” who recently celebrated her 4th “cancer-versary!”

Nicolle is married to Steven A. Surratte and is the proud mother of two young adults. Son Jerry A. ThompSon, III, a 2012 graduate of The University of South Carolina (Columbia), currently resides in Paris, France. Daughter, Nicalia E. ThompSon, a 2014 graduate of The University of Delaware (Newark), currently resides in St. Louis, MO.
