Subject: Championing the Strategy for Conscious Change

Armers Moncure is a champion of “conscious change” a strategy of awareness and skill building that leads to continuous improvement, sustained growth, and top performance.

In 1999, he began as a diversity practitioner at Allegis Group; the largest privately held staffing company in the U.S.  Where, in addition to his prime duties of driving business growth, Armers took on the responsibility of developing and executing a strategic plan to recruit and retain more diverse talent, create more inclusive work environments, and participate in the development of the corporate mission statement for the company’s Diversity Council.

Armers pioneered and piloted new approaches to integrating best practices in Diversity and Inclusion and Employee Engagement, with a track record of helping clients create business value through sustainable and inclusive culture change.

Armers Moncure can be reached at 618-696-8530 & armersm@cookross.com and www.ami-world.com
