Jesse interviews Greg Friedman – a modern version of that which has existed in every culture, a spiritual guide and mentor. He builds bridges and helps clear paths, in part by taking the ancient wisdom of indigenous cultures and making it applicable to use in our everyday lives. Greg works one on one, in workshops, and as a couples’ referee and translator, as well as taking small groups of people all over the World to work with indigenous elders in remote destinations. He has studied and done ceremony with Peruvian Shamans, Aborigine elders and elders from various Native American tribes including the Yaqui, the Deer Tribe, the Lakota and the Abanaki. Greg has taken people deep up the Ucayali River, a tributary of the Amazon, to work with Carlitos, a Shipibo Shaman in the rainforest, and up to Machu Picchu to hear Kucho tell the stories that the anthropologists don’t. In Australia he took people to Uluru to hear Elsie, an Anangu Aborigine elder, tell the creation stories and into the tropical Daintree Rainforest to experience the Aborigine healings done by the Kuku Yalanji tribe through didgeridoo song and music. As a guide Greg helps you build the life of your choosing by uncovering the foundation that is already in you. In addition Greg hosts his own radio show InnerJourney. We will be exploring Greg’s work in it’s many different facets. You can learn more about him at: www.gregfriedman.com
