Join us for this very special show all about Night Sweats!  Wendy Collett of 'Dry Babe' and Ellen Sarver Dolgen of 'Shmirshky ' fame sit down to chat with us about night sweats- and what can be done to make them more tolerable.

Wendy Collett is CEO and founder of Dry Babe™ – an innovative sleepwear solution for women experiencing night sweats.

At age 40, Wendy found herself suddenly being awakened in the middle of the night by trickles of sweat beading down her body, leaving her cold, clammy and drenched. Her only choice: change clothes in the middle of the night. And then the process would begin again.

After years of sleepless nights, Wendy made it her mission to find relief. She began experimenting with myriad garments – all claiming to wick moisture from the body – but they all missed the mark, leaving her sweaty, awake and frustrated. One night, she literally threw in the towel – and decided to wrap herself in it.

Turns out it worked. ..

Today she shares her newfound ability to sleep peacefully and dryly with millions of women worldwide.

Ellen Sarver Dolgen is the author of Shmirshky: the pursuit of hormone happiness by E (Hyperion/VOICE), the Menopause book and community that's taking the world by storm.

Ellen is active in promoting health and wellness. She's a founding member of the University of Southern California Student Wellness Board. She serves on the Community Advisory Board of Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla and has served on boards, committees, and chaired numerous events for Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, San Diego Hospice, Brandeis University, The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, to name but a few.

Ellen’s lifelong commitment to philanthropy continues with her founding of Shmirshky Universal, which aims to promote women’s health and well being around the world.
