Dr. Janel Meric is originally from Southern California, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine. After graduating with honors from Tulane University School of Medicine in 1987, she completed her residency in Ob/Gyn at the University of Tennessee, Memphis in 1991.
Dr. Meric is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and by the American Academy of Biologically Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.
She has enjoyed the personal environment of her own practice since 1999. After extensive additional education and training, she now promotes natural health and wellness for women and men- via her two offices in Knoxville, Tennessee and Orange County, California.
Dr. Meric will be discussing the topic of Fibroid, Polyp and Cyst Development and the role of Hysterectomy in Menopause today.
