My guest today, Dianna Bonny, helps guide people through loss and tragedy through her writing and coaching. Led by an intention to shepherd her children through the tragedy of her late husband's suicide so it didn't become the defining moment of their young lives but rather a rich and fertile beginning to a more compassionate life, her journey now is weaving together all the wounds and the secrets and coming to embrace reality. She's forging a life of gracefully inhabiting uncertainty.
A passionate and devoted mother of three children, Dianna finds great joy in writing, traveling, horses, yoga, reading, conversation and cooking. Once upon a time she graduated from UC Berkeley and raised money for charity as a camp counselor, candy striper, ran a marathon and organized large events.
