Bestselling author, marketing consultant and social reformer Lynn Serafinn hosts, vlogger, musician, advocate for Eosinophilic Esophagitis and Degenerative Joint Disease, animal and tiger lover, Grace Lynne.
Teenager Grace Lynne has multiple auto-immune diseases including degenerative joint disease and eosinophilic esophagitis. She is an active advocate for her diseases and the importance of never giving up. She is a musician who has been involved in theatre since she was ten. An avid "vlogger" (video blogger), home-schooled Grace Lynne has used social media to create a loyal and supportive network, in spite of her challenges.
In Grace's words, "I love life, I want to be an actress and I'll never let my diseases stop me from doing it!"
On tonight's show Grace will be giving listeners an insight into how she copes with her diseases and the treatment she is currently following for them.
