Author, Transformation Coach and book promotion coach Lynn Serafinn hosts Minister of Spiritual Peacemaking Andrea Hylen. Andrea is a Grief Transformation Guide, Inspiration Coach, Speaker and co-author of Conscious Choices: An Evolutionary Woman’s Guide to Life and the upcoming book Align, Expand and Succeed. She is also getting ready to release her new book Open to Inspiration in 2011. Her areas of expertise include culinary nutrition, dynamic eating, grief transformation, conscious parenting, home schooling, and living on the road. Her greatest desire is to inspire people to live a deeper, richer life.

After the death of her husband in 2005, Andrea began to explore a deeper place inside of her. She learned to let go of some of the dreams that died with her husband and open to new ideas, dreams and passions. Some of the inspirations led her to become an ordained minister, travel around the country, co-author a book and sell everything she owned (including her house) to move from Maryland to California to live with her teenage daughter in youth hostels, hotels, and friends.

On tonight’s show, Andrea will discuss the process of Grief Transformation, where we consciously learn to feel, heal and release to experience more joy and happiness. Andrea has explored this topic through a variety of experiences, including the death of a brother, a son, a husband and her own life threatening illness, the loss of a job and the loss of dreams. She has learned that stepping into grief can transform us to help us live richer, deeper lives.
