Ep61- Raising Intuitive Children

Author, Transformation Coach and book promotion coach Lynn Serafinn hosts award-winning author and parent coach, Caron Goode. After successfully surviving a near death experience during major surgery in 2000, Caron’s intuitive side became the primary guide for the ensuing years. Since then, she has used her intuitive-spiritual inner guidance to direct her writing, which resulted in an award-winning book, Raising Intuitive Children in 2009. She is the founder of the Academy for Coaching Parents, a distance-learning school for training professional parent coaches to work with parents and kids. According to Caron, “intuitive children” refers to the sensitive, right-brain learners who feel their way through life, march to their inner rhythms, not usually to the expectations of society. Parents and teachers are learning excellent new ways to help intuitive children, rather than labelling them as not fitting in and requiring medications to change their behaviour. The labels and the medications suppress talent, creativity, discovery and the natural gifts of these kids. She says that most intuitives are natural entrepreneurs and don't fit into the "work environments" of the masses. Her book Raising Intuitive Children provides solutions for kids to find their strengths and follow their focus with support. On tonight’s show, Caron will Identify the five types of intuitive intelligences, or 5 ways that intuition shows up in children, and how that affects the way they relate to people and tasks.
