Online customer evaluation services such as Yelp.com or TripAdvisor.com have become increasing popular with consumers in selecting which restaurant to eat at or hotels and resorts to stay. Positive reviews naturally draw customers in and negative reviews can keep potential new customers away.
Now there is a new service called Social Survey that mortgage lenders can use to obtain feedback and published the positive reviews and deal with the issues that resulted in any negative reviews.
