Joyce Ann Tepley, retired from a 40 year career as a clinical social worker, counseling people with emotional and relationship problems, has dedicated the rest of her life to honoring those who thrive through adversity by telling their stories. Disabled by the effects of polio since age 9, she has a unique insight into what it takes to flourish despite and because of her physical challenges.
