This Sunday, we have the pleasure of a return visit from our friend Dr. Gabriel Cousens (www.treeoflifecenterus.com). Continuing his exclusive Lost Arts Radio year-long series of educational talks, Dr. Cousens will be focusing on why it is important and beneficial to eat live food. He is recommending we consume between 80% and 100% of our diet without cooking, and in this discussion he will go into detail on why that is the case, and what kind of health benefits can happen as a result. He will also talk about the history of live food used for health and other benefits, and then explain how he has used it to not only cure supposedly incurable cases of diabetes, but also how he has helped people with a wide variety of other ailments by helping them to upgrade their lifestyles. He will also tell us about his ongoing workshops and other events and programs at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Patagonia, Arizona, where people from all over the world have come to start a new life.

Join me, your host Richard Sacks, every week for fascinating discussions, amazing guests and useful information that you will not want to miss. If you want to support the work of Lost Arts Research Institute, please donate to our efforts at www.lostartsresearchinstitute.org, and tell others about the show.
