Alan Morse is the guitarist and founding member of the progressive rock band Spock's Beard. He founded the band in 1992 with his brother Neal, and the group released its first album, The Light in 1995.

Neal departed in 2002, but the band carried on. Alan Morse joins us on Long Live Rock to discuss the band's newest album X, the state of the music business, illegal downloading and more.
